Finally, after a month of search, we have purchased a car this morning.
We meet the buyer (who happened to be a psychiastrist, associate chair at Northshore Hospital) yesterday. We liked the car, so we meet up again this morning (7:30AM) at my friend's car shop to have a 50 minute check up. The seller was very nervous because she wanted to find out how good her mechanics is. It's good to know that the seller is somewhat obsessive & compulsive, so she kept all the detail document (including the sticker on the window when she first purchased it) After no major flaw was found, we decide to purchase it with $8000. I only cut down $300 this time.
