My phone got DISCONNECTED!!!!%&$@

Sometimes, shits happen.

Today, Joanne called up Verizon to ask about the procedure of changing the name of the account. The account right now is under my mom's name. Next thing you know, smart operator asked where my mom is. Joanne told him that she travels around. The smart operator said "oh, in that case, we need to suspend your phone line until we receive a letter from her, with photo ID and signature notarized, stating that she either still wants to keep the account or transfer the name to you." Basically, Joanne went Berserk. Now I am calling 311 to find out how to make a complain about Verizon.

All part of the karma, I guess:)

i see... phone problem... recently, we are having phone problem too. the cell phone store that sold us the phone has the worst service at all.... they are in world journal bookstore.... do NOT go there if you are thinking about getting a new phone.

Lei call the cellphone company and tell them that dealer has sold you a faulty phone. Then go back to the store and tell them that you spoke to someone at the phone company and filed an complaint. I think that should scare WJ books tore off.

Damn...i don't know why Verizon was being difficult with you. when I switched my home phone account from my mom's name to my name, they just simply did it over the phone. 你還真衰耶。
