We just meet up with the new broker today. He said we need to put some furntures in the apartment so it looks better. I guess we will move whole bunch stuff from our basement back to Joanne's place. Looking for a nice and small coffee table. If anyone can lent us one, let us know.

You could also get a plant, a side table,or a nice lamp. That's what the seller of our Lao Er did and it made it look very appealing. Change the toilet seat if it's dirty. Put a fragrant candle in the bathroom. The idea is to make the space look livable. I don't think you actually need to move furniture back into the apt.
