while Joanne and I were sleeping, we heard some arguments and noises outside, so we got up and took a look.
We saw a guy, who was holding a knife aginst his neck and bleeding, were facing 5 cops holding guns against him. This guy was saying something like... "I am losing it. I lost my partner...."

They finally caught the guy
He was sent to the ambulance. There were 8 police cars outside of my house
I don't think my neighbor would like this. His driveway was totally blocked off

He needs your professional help....First, use your judo skill and get rid of the knife. and then do a long session of counseling. And last...enlighten him with your words of wisdom.
